Songs you thought were trash until you heard them on headphones

For HYLT I didn't think it was trash but I was definitely underwhelmed.  With headphones I could hear the subtle melody on the bassline and it gave the song a more complete sound.

 

Kura Kura was very basic upon first listen, but with headphones I was able to appreciate the punchy techno bassline during the chorus.

For some reason one day I just sat there and said you know what let me put this on earphones and on max volume

and it just HIT

Not exactly trash but I found it bland

 

I first heard this on speakers but the experience on earphones is just COMPLETELY different

I still think the verses aren't that appealing but the chorus on earphones >>>

A lot of Teddy's songs for BlackPink and 2NE1 need headphones to pick up his subtleties, but the one song I thought was good but then went to utterly awesome is Red Velvet's Bad Boy. I'll add Taeyeon's Something New, it's perfection in headphones.

didn't like this song at first until i heard it with headphones. the bass elevates this song lol
