Gfriend's "disbandment" is due to the agency going bankrupt??

I remember the earnings report that Source was in debt, but the reason was exactly clear, and so many companies were in debt partly due to the pandemic.

 

I feel like it was a mix of many factors that led to this, but it still feels so mysterious. Like in every other case of disbanding there were signs or hiatuses, or they do a farewell gift like Sistar. This had neither.

In case you missed it they posted their handwritten letters, but they were pretty vague. Still sad but vague.
