6. I watched it myself to see how similar they were and it's indeed similar... The video on top shows ice and snow suddenly falling/the ice bouncing around/one person laying down and the other person dancing next to them/whatever they step on, they're breaking the ice. It's true that it was heavily inspired. This work would've never existed if Burberry's video didn't come first. But the original author himself said that this isn't plagiarism and that it's obviously inspired, so this issue should just end there. Why is this turning into hating on the artist? Even if this was plagiarized, you guys should be hating on the person who planned this instead, there's no reason for hating on the artist. 

 

7. No but this makes me rewatch the Burberry video so many timesㅋㅋㅋ  It's freaking amazing. Even if it was inspired, they weren't able to achieve the same quality and aura, so it's a bit of a shame... People accuse us of comparing the two, but I remind you that this TXT video would've never existed not for the Burberry videoㅠ

 

8. No but they're using the Burberry video as a reference, and they came up with it after, but why does it look like a downgrade? The CG looks so obvious and the color choices are so bad. If they want to use it as a reference, then we have the right to compare

 

9. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Why are the fans now attacking the original author?????????????? The same happened during Aespa's Black Mamba. SM were the ones who plagiarized on the author first, and then they solved their issues beind doors and are now collaborating with the person. 

I don't see how these situations are different..... Why do you guys lack so much confidence? 
Can you guys not read between the lines whenever someone claims something to be an homage? 

 

10. But the way they recreated the ice is so countrified. The dancing is cool though ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

It's undeniable that it was "inspired", the move at 0:55 and the one at 2:21 are literally the same. It's a shame, but at least the director wasn't offended.

I agree with the director that the tone is completely different. Whoever created the TxT version made enough changes for it not to be a carbon copy of the original.

That being said I wasn't keen on the teaser to start with and now seeing the ad that this was inspired by, it further cements my feelings about it. Something feels incredibly off about the teaser and maybe the change in the original tone might be it.

Everyone saying it looks cheap but I think the company made that choice for stylization. Txt always had an anime feel to their videos so why would they suddenly make it realistic? It doesn't fit with their vibe.
