So I suppose you guys have heard about the law suit. What do you think of the situation? I feel so bad for the boys not getting paid and not being treated properly. I hope everything works out for them in the end. I just don't want them to split up :(

I did! Came here to check out if it was posted. I'm upset. I hate when a good group gets screwed over because of bad management... Like come on... How do you have your talent living without electricity? Breaks my heart. I don't want The Legend to break up over this...

The Legend Files Lawsuit Against Agency To Nullify Contract - Soompi

 

 

The Legend has filed a lawsuit to nullify their exclusive contract with their agency SS Entertainment.

 

On July 11, a source revealed that all five members (Listen, Roi, Jaehyuk, Lito, and Changsun) have filed a lawsuit to confirm the invalidity of their contracts.

 

The members claimed that after signing contracts with SS Entertainment in June 2014, the management did not fulfill their duties properly and the members were not paid.

 

SS Entertainment recently had exclusive contract issues with “Produce 101†contestants Lee Haein and Lee Suhyun last May. Shortly afterwards, the parties were able to reach an agreement and the lawsuit was dropped.

 

The Legend debuted in 2014 and have released songs including “Nail,†“Shadow,†and more.

Does anyone have any news on the lawsuit? I'm on holiday and I haven't had any access to internet in a while so I'm not really up to date. 

 

They posted a Legend TV despite everything that's going on. But I guess SS ent is the one to manage their youtube channel? Does anyone know when this might have been flimed?
