Just my two cents but the ears don't match at all, whether that's due to the photo quality, angle or whatever, those don't seem to be Yeji's ears. They do look a bit more like Chaeryeong's but they don't seem to be her ears as well. I haven't read any concrete evidence as to why people think that's Youngbin either.

I always felt that a dating ban went against human rights. Would that kind of thing even be legal? What does one's employer have to decide on in their personal life? It's weird.

The dating ban isn't a MUST nor is it a part of their contract, they can date but they have to keep it a secret.

The dating ban is just an suggestion, not an requirement.

yeah jyp idols technically have a 3 year dating ban after debut so Itzy would still be on it, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they were dating anyway it's not like jyp would kick them out for dating at this point they are too popular for that. YG idols have a 5 year ban and obviously Jennie is dating/dated and is still in BP. (Although idt it's an Itzy member)
