They are rookies but their last content was posted 1 month ago and ever since their debut, they haven't went on Vlive once. At least, they should appear in 1TheK's contents on somethingㅠㅠㅠ

I don't remember SM ever pumping out A LOT of online content for their groups like other companies and groups are doing at the moment, with the exception of NCT but they can manage to do that because they have so many members.

Maybe SM thinks that lack of content can build up more hype or smth and that can work for some groups (BP) but not when they're rookies.

at this point, i suspect SM is 100% trying to use blackpink's marketing strategy.... ie periods of spam, followed by periods of infrequent updates to "build hype" and create this "luxury" image for the members...

It irks me to see ae stan say that they are being mistreated, when they are being treated better than the other female artist. Not that it amounts to anything with sm

ALSO sm like to build the image of their groups step by step, its different from other companies but it seems to work for them

I agree they could use a bit of more promotion/hype. They're basically the only (relevant) 2020 rookie that still haven't had a comeback yet. I feel they're kinda losing their initial hype to stayc/weeekly.

bp pumped out quite a lot when they were rookies tho. at least, i remember they had boombayah, whistle, playing with fire before yg did the whole starving strategy.
