Back in 2019, I noticed this trainee in an audition show. He was so loud and funny, and I liked his energy. Tbh irl, I dislike loud people, but he's kinda like the exception. But after searching about him, I'm just like there are so many other trainees/ idols, not this one. There was nothing really bad, it's just somewhat like a "culture shock" for me. Him and I just belong to two different worlds. 

Fast forward to today, I still rant about him at times, but also kinda gotten used to his ways. It's been almost 2 years after all.

During earliest stage of pandemic I was like "medical, disposable masks are only for sick people because the shortage stop hogging them". Not long after they're not rare and super expensive, I bought more than I needed for a month.

But less serious one, I used to think less of the artists I ended up seriously like later.

Totally I used to hate a lot of stuff that were deemed as "gay"... the internalized homophobia hit hard but now I'm here loving all of that ctfu and I'm glad

i hated kpop when i first discovered it back in 2008ish. 

 

now look at me listening to every kpop artist on a daily basis

I first heard Gangnam Style on an obscure Korean culture blog and immediately said to myself "This is so Korean. This is something that would never get popular outside of Korea."

I ended up being very wrong about that.
