Cube Entertainment Rumored To Be Working On A Group Named LIGHTSUM

Supposedly the company is working on registering a trademark for the name LIGHTSUM. The company has made fans even more curious by setting up Twitterand Instagram accounts for the name.

It is unclear if these are true or when this group would come about, but the company is certainly making it look like they’re gearing up for a new group. Cube Entertainment not only posted a female trainee dance practice video on YouTube, but are also currently looking for male trainees.

Fans are speculating if this means that Han Chowon, Lee Joo Hyun, or Yoo Seonho will make their debut in a group, though nothing is certain.

they have so many competition show trainees that have been dungeoned for half a decade at this point, I've pretty much given up hope on seonho so I hope it's joohyun and chowon's group

Didn't the rumor say they were gonna debut both a bg and a gg this year? I doubt it's co-ed. I think they're just introducing the trainees starting for Joohyun that's already well known.

Personally, I think they're gonna debut the gg first because Lightsum sounds more like a gg name and if they're still looking for male trainees they don't have the bg ready. I've kinda given up on Seonho too tho, it seems he's gonna stay as an actor/variety

smh cube has such poor planning. they could've debuted seonho's group in 2020 at least. or if the plan was actually debuting two groups in one year, they could've spent all of 2020 bringing back the hype of chowon and seonho.
