depends on what's your definition of 4th gen tbh, some people consider 2018 is the start so

wayv kun is '96 and he officially debuted in 2019

if we consider onf as 4th gen (debut in late 2017) they have 5 members ranging from '94 to '95

Oldest this year is tan from ciipher, a 96er

Reboot wise, omega x go from.95 to 01

Female wise, songsun from tri.be is a 97er

I think the oldest is probably the leader of Onlyoneof, Kyubin. They debuted in 2019 and he's born in 1992 so he was 27 when they debuted and currently 29. He's the one at 0:25.

There's also another nugu group called UNVS that debuted last year and it has a couple of 91 liners but idk if they're still active because I haven't heard of them in a while. They're the sexy, mature type:

OT: I wonder if there will even be any 90s liners debuting in 2022 (start of 4th gen, for me)

Considering 2022 is less than a year from now and there's still people as "old" as 95-97 liners debuting there's gonna be people from the 90s for sure, mostly 98-99 liners that will be still under 25 next year.

Audition wise though, most companies are asking for people born after 2000-2002 now.

Oneus debuted in 2019 and all members except the maknae were born in the 90s.

Ravn was born in 95, Seoho in 96, Leedo 97, and Keonhee/Hwanwoong in 98.

I was going to say that Jieun from Purple Kiss is also a 97 liner but I saw that she's 6 months younger than songsun xd so yeah oldest is songsun.
