Yes, she's Uyghur. So yeah it's very dissapointing and shameful that she's turning her back on her own people. She just wants to save her career. I mean she's popular, have a luxurious life and thriving career. If I were her I'd just retire from the industry, move somewhere else/change my nationality (whatever to get rid of that Chinese nationality) and be an activist voicing out the atrocities that the ccp have done to my own ppl. I mean I would never do what she did to her own people (my own people). I'd rather lose everything if that's what I get if I support the Uyghurs/my own ppl who were suffering. At least I should have pride and stand by my own people. I just can't bear having the thought that siding with ccp means I will live a good life and continue having a great career and glamorous life meanwhile my own people (and relatives) are abused, beaten, tortured, and raped on the daily. She's got no shame tbh.
