Saying "i don't remember but knowing myself i don't think i would have done this" is a typical phrase someone not willing to acknowledge past events would say. Actually it's because you know yourself that you would remember doing something. To me it's very clear that Soojin was a delinquent and this last testimony seems pretty plausible
