HvD 3,431 Posted June 19, 2013 Share Posted June 19, 2013 K, so school is over and summer break is here. Woo~ No more school for the time being. Sounds great right? But just when you thought that you would be able to get school off your mind for another 2-3 good months... there is always going to be one night, just night after school is over that my subconscious mind will simulate an ultra realistic day where I'm back in school. And its no ordinary "back in school" dream either. My dream starts off as I drive down to my University to attend my 3 hour long lecture sessions and after that I literally went back home... and worked on homework. Out of all the things I could dream of doing, homework really? It was only until I got so frustrated by one of the writing assignments for one of my classes that I finally woke up and realized that it was all a dream... I don't know about you but I really hate dreams like these. Especially when this isn't the first time its happened. I'd rather have nightmares then be dreaming of doing "work". But last night I had a dream I was on the University shuttle bus, and this chick put her legs on me, and I was like "wtf can you move?" And then we got into an argument. She was saying nonsense. That and those damn dreams.. where they feel so real and something amazing happens in it.. and as you're feeling like your life is finally starting to get good. You wake up. To reality. Dandelion Wine 1,540 Posted June 19, 2013 Share Posted June 19, 2013 I don't have recurring dreams very often But my mother and brother have had recurring dreams that bother them Mom will often dream that she can't move, and then she floats up into the air off of her bed, like in The Exorcist.
