Almost every idol has perfectly pouty lips, but I don't want to assume that its manufactured just because Korea is the plastic surgery capital of the world. Why not do the lips too? If you hadn't noticed, some idols get fillers to maintain a plump(but not fat) youthful looking face esp when they gotta maintain a thin figure with no body fat. Think about it this way--you might have naturally fuller lips or nice cheekbones but you're promoting among people who are surgically enhanced. When you promote among those celebrities, your features will look unimpressive in comparison. The camera also can make your features look less impressive as well. Plus there is definitely major pressure from their company and the industry, as well as Korea in general. There is no shame in plastic surgery. I just wish fans wouldn't deny it so often because it stigmatizes PS even more. We need to admit that like 99% of celebrities have had work done or get work done for our own mental health as commoners. We hold ourselves to a standard of beauty that is naturally impossible. My own mental health seriously improved realizing that people who are considered 9s and 10s out of 10 have had work done to get there.
