my faves have been consistently having two to three comebacks a year so a sudden 17 month hiatus would be a LOT but also...can’t taint their discography...

Hiatus, definitely. I've always found the kpop industry way too fast paced for my liking. There's absolutely nothing wrong with taking your time to make sure the end product is good quality musically and conceptually. The older I get the more tiring this continuous flow of content becomes to me, so I'd really rather wait. One comeback a year or even every two years is perfectly fine and even considered a lot compared to other industries.

This is coming from an exhausted NCT stan, btw. I actually wish we'd see them a bit less lol. Oh how I miss the days when f(x) where my favourite group and they gave us just one musically and conceptually brilliant comeback a year....
