What jobs you will never do?

NB, this is no way to make fun nor degrade people in this profession. As a matter of fact, bless you if you work in any of these areas!

I know since I was a child I have will never consider these jobs:

1. Nurse - No, no & no. I will not become a nurse. I don't have the stomach to do it. I remember when I went to the hospital & thre was the old man & he had sores all over his body, ewwww. I know he's sick but I will never touch him, I see how the nurse took care of him & bathe. I could never do it

2. Teacher - Especially basic, primary & high school teachers. I know as a student that I will murder these mfers, they are disgusting & annoying. I'm surprised that my teachers never crack & attack them, cause I could never. They have extreme patience, I don't. And plus, I don't think I will be a good teacher~

3. Any customer service jobs example waiters, retailer, servers, etc - I cannot do this. The least amount of disrespect I am given, I will react and thry're not going to like it. "The customer is always right", no if you are wrong you are and I'm going to let you know. I seen constantly where these workers are yell & disrespect at. I will get piss and leave if someone talk to me like that. Funny, because I want to become a flight attendant even tho I'm going to business school now, maybe sometime in the future~

For me one of the worst would be anything in retail/customer service because I have a fiery temper so if a customer annoyed me I wouldn't be able to stay calm and nice, I'd end up getting fired for fighting back lol. Also, anything with children would be a nightmare. I used to help teach martial arts to children and they were really annoying so I wouldn't want work with kids again if I can help it.

I could not work in skincare as a personย who does those extractions(?) from skin. once or twice I could do that just fine but multiple times a day as daily job is a hard no.ย also telephone marketing because I don't want to be so forward with advertising and I just do not have the skills.

I mean again, about cleaning, in sewers and such. And with animals. I live in a rural area, but i just can't with the smell or dirt. I see a lot of people writing about customer service. As i've worked as a ticket booth at a pool and currently on phone at a firm, i can honestly say some people are jerks. I remember once at the ticket selling job i had one summer, and angry man with bull red eyes began to curse at me and threaten to sue me, cause the line at the bufet was too long. I was completely shocked, called the manager, cause i had other customers too. The manager comes back that noone is complaining at the buffet....

Nursing, especially if it was in eldercare. In my country the field is majorly understaffed. Imagining that I'd have only max 10-15 minutes per each patient, many of which are unable to move or talk with anybody else breaks my brain and soul. I'd lose my sanity for sure. I have such a huge respect towards people who can do the work

I'd rather go into prostitution than be a waitress/barista. That is all.

All the part time jobs I've done basically

Retail: Only worked in retail for a few weeks and I hated it. I had to learn while working, people were dicks, I got assaulted by a drunk man that literally pulled me over the counter to hug me. And it wasn't paid well. I was tired all the time even if it was only a 25h/w.

Cleaner: While it was quite chill cause I worked by myself without supervision (so I blasted EXO The War album in my earphones while working - yeah, it was during that summer -), it was very tiring. And my mom did that job her whole life, now she's all broken (and surgeries for her arms and she has trouble walking long distances). So yeah, I could never do that for long. It was only to get some summer money.

Teacher: I've been teaching a few hours per semester to graduate students. But I hate talking in public. While some parts of this job was fun (I had some really good classes with students that participated a lot and it resulted in very interesting exchanges, I had the possibility to travel to give classes in Paris, and it's really well paid lmao), being a teacher is clearly not for me. I'm anxious before each class. Having 2 classes the same day is enough to exhaust me. I would never be able to do that for a living.

ย

For jobs I never tried out, any that requires touching someone's body, whether alive, unconscious, or dead, is a big nope for me. So doctor, surgeon, embalmer... and all related stuff lol.

Anything related to body like doctors, dentists,ย beauty salons (especially those feet salons or whatever)ย are a HUGE NO for me. I'd be so disgusted especially if the customers were old.ย

Well tbh most jobs where you have to interact with customers for more than a minute, people are so dumb and they don't even realize it - maybe that's actually the worst part.

Not the doctors nor surgeons. They're such a noble profession with very heavy responsibility. I have a huge respect to them for dealing with people's lifes on the line.ย My mom wanted me to be one but I know I'm just not fit for it.ย

Another job is being the judge nor the lawyer. It's never easy to weight a balance for justice and freedom. And I don't like the fact that you have to face the part where you need to defend the guilt.ย

Years ago I said I would never work a customer service job but I ended up working as a server and then in retailย because I needed the money. But I would never work as a nurse, dentist/dental hygienist, doctor, construction worker, mortician, lawyer,ย or any of the traditionally dirty jobs like sewage cleaner.ย
