I'm afraid nothing will happen and he won't get fired. I guess he won't even apologize and instead put the blame on the "sensitive" people who don't get his "humour". This is very common for a lot of German people. They but their opinion above anyone else and ignore criticism. Even tho people who call him out are not sensitive and are totally right to call him out, Germany lets a lot of racism happen and does not respond to backlash. Instead, people are like "How sad, now I can't even say this and that anymore in my own country because people might find it racist". I live here and people in power get away with anything. Germany thinks of itself as a very modern and respectful country, but it's not. Extremely sad when you look at the country's history.
