A new claim has emerged over the controversy of (G)I-DLE member Soojin's bullying.

On February 25th, a new post was created in an online community about Soojin and Seo Shin Ae. The writer of the post claimed that she knows both Soojin and the person claiming to be the victim.

The netizen of the post wrote a lengthy post regarding the allegations against Soojin and stated that she will only tell the truth and state the facts.

The writer mentioned the incident in which Soojin and her friends put a cigarette in Seo Shin Ae's desk and said, "It's true that a group of girls did that, but it wasn't Soojin."

The netizen writing the post claimed that Soojin was not friends with the girls who bullied Seo Shin Ae at the time. She explained, "Soojin was close with those girls before, but she stopped being close with them in the second year of middle school. They actually ostracized her. Seo Shin Ae had transferred to our school in the second year of middle school."

The person writing the post continued to say, "After Soojin became distant from the girls, she kept hanging out with me. I remember clearly one of those girls named Kim__Bin telling me 'why do you hang out with her' and telling me not to hang out with Soojin."

She continued to explain, "I know Soojin wasn't part of that bullying group because she would hang out with me all the time. We would go to the bathroom together and stick with each other all day, so I know." The netizen claimed mentioned the names of the girls and said, "I know that Kim__Joo would make up rumors and create conflict with others. When this happened, Soojin was with me, not with that group."

Lastly, the netizen explained that Soojin was in a different class from Seo Shin Ae in the last year of middle school, so they were on different floors when the graduation celebration was taking place. Former Classmate Debunks Accusation That (G)I-DLE’s Soojin Allegedly Bullied Actress Seo Shin Ae

The classmate claims that Soojin and Seo Shin Ae rarely crossed paths.

In the midst of the growing bullying allegations made against Korean stars is another alleged story. This time, the classmate is defending (G)I-DLE‘s Soojin and the bullying accusations against her.

A netizen claiming to be a former classmate of Soojin has stepped forward with their story. This alleged former classmate’s story reveals that the (G)I-DLE member was actually a victim of bullying and that she never really crossed paths with actress, Seo Shin Ae.

You’re claiming that Soojin and a group of kids did it (bully)?

"If the alleged victim’s claims are real, then the part about the bullying is probably true, but I’m positive that Soojin didn’t do it. Kim X Bin, Kim X Joo and Kang X Bin are a few kids who were close (to Soojin) during our second year of middle school. Soojin started becoming distant from them and she got bullied by them. Seo Shin Ae transferred to our school during this year.

Soojin became distant from that group during our first semester of our second year. After that, she joined my class and we grew closer. I would go around with Soojin and Kim X Bin found out about it. They approached me after finding out that I was hanging out with Soojin and told me something that I will never forget."

They continued with the story by revealing that Soojin was actually a victim of bullying.

"They asked me, ‘How come you hang out with her (Soojin)? Don’t hang out with her.’ Since Soojin wasn’t a part of their group anymore, they wanted me to stop hanging out with her too…I decided to keep hanging out with her, but they would always keep an eye out and side eye me.

I think they thought they were something because they were our sunbaes, but they kept side eyeing Soojin and telling people not to associate themselves with her. It was from that moment that her and I stayed close to one another and became friends.

After that, we remained in the same class and she kept hanging with me. Everyone who went to our middle school knows this."

The classmate continued their testimony by debunking the rumors surrounding Soojin and Seo Shin Ae’s graduation. They also reiterated that Soojin never bullied the actress.

"On top of all that, I want to mention the letter that Seo Shin Ae’s mother wrote at our graduation.

Soojin and Seo Shin Ae were in different classrooms on different floors. Soojin was in classroom 3-2 on the second floor and Seo Shin Ae was in classroom 3-5, which was on the third floor. Their graduations were done separately on their respective floors.

There are people who are asking, ‘don’t you know about the letter?’ I want talk about that. The original poster doesn’t know about it, no one knows about it. During our graduation, Soojin was next to me the whole time. Soojin and I don’t know about it."

They concluded their post by reiterating that Soojin never bullied Seo Shin Ae and that they wanted to debunk the rumors surrounding the (G)I-DLE member.

"I never hung out with the group of kids nor was I ever close to them. To reiterate, I’m writing these words not because of the alleged victims. Soojin never inflicted school violence upon Seo Shin Ae. When Seo Shin Ae transferred to our school, she hung out with me. The group of kids never looked at her and laughed at her. To the best of my knowledge, I am refuting the false and exaggerated rumors. Even if the alleged victim were to ask me about the testimonies, I have no problem answering those questions. I wrote this to the best of my knowledge.

The classmate (OP) doesn't deny the actress had problem with another group of girls.

She's claiming Soojin wasn't part of it.

The victims’ accusations are anything but petty beef lol but ur choosing to believe only this account huh. 

I'm simply showing another side of the story, since it wasn't posted yet. Everyone is free to believe whatever they want.

it is hypocritical of you to say "innocent until proven guilty" and then try to discredit the accuser whenever you get a chance

i didn't say it was for "fun". however everything i'm reading so far doesn't clearly point to any side being more truer than the other.

in my opinion, it's safer to go with "innocent till proven guilty"

 

 

edit: anyways as of right now seems soojin do not want to meet with them and the sisters are not going to show up if she isn't there...so honestly i don't even know how this case will end...
