Thanks. But I'm torn whether to watch it now or wait until all the eps/subs are out because the wait would be torture. 

I remember reading the novel and losing sleep because I couldn't stop reading.

Are the first 2 eps good? 

I just realized why I couldn't recognize Word of Honor at first. It's cause I remembered it as Tale of Wanderers.

I think they changed the name for the drama shortly before it aired or smth if i remember correctly

I'm definitely watching it. I asked if the first eps were good because that would mean waiting for the rest would be even more unbearable.

I gave in and watched cause I thought 8 eps were plenty enough to start it.  Now here I am playing the waiting game. 

It's good! And yes, not subtle at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the chemistry. That literal cutting of sleeve. 

The cinematography and fight scenes were also good. And though there were changes, it's working well so far.

Cdramas are either a hit or miss for me. I've dropped more than I finished. I usually keep my expectations low. But I can't help it when it comes to adaptations of novels I liked. Among the danmei ones coming out this year, tyk is my fave so I already have expectations. And I'm really glad that shl is doing it justice (so far) because I really liked the novel esp. the mc. I liked ZZS from the very first chapter. I hope it continues to be this good till the end.

And no worries, I trusted your opinion because you made the thread. I take it as you were also looking forward to it.
