Golden Child just threw the most chaotic and confusing celebration for Jibeom's birthday...

Today is the birthday of Golden Child's lead vocal/visual, Kim Jibeom! During his recent V-Live broadcast, he talked about how Golden Child members celebrated his birthday in a very chaotic way.

The chaos dated when they went home from their schedules yesterday and they were divided into two cars. The members on the other car were already preparing to surprise Jibeom but on the car he's in,  Donghyun suddenly asked about the surprise they'll be doing for the birthday boy, forgetting that Jibeom is in that car directly behind him. The other members scolded Donghyun and he repeatedly apologized in their groupchat (saying that he's a "sinful man") despite Jibeom saying that it's okay.

When they reached home, Jibeom said that he'll take a shower first (he never does, btw) all so that they have extra time to repair or refurbish their surprise for him and the other members know that he did it out of consideration to them. While taking a bath, Jangjun entered the bathroom and told Jibeom to act surprised about the cake even though he already know.

However, Jibeom finished washing and Daeyeol then started to take a bath. Jibeom's already drying his hair when all of a sudden, the members started singing happy birthday outside the bathroom where Daeyeol's bathing. Jibeom said Daeyeol looked dumbfounded but the funny thing is that he received the cake and the congratulations. After that, probably noticing that their plan became a mess, they asked Jibeom to come outside and cut the cake. Jibeom said that these people must be really insane.

Yeah and so he did cut the cake, and celebrated his birthday. Donghyun, on the other hand, is missing though. He stayed inside his room out of guilt for spoiling the plans for Jibeom's birthday (even though Jibeom himself said it's no problem). But when the clock hit 12:00, Donghyun texted Jibeom and sent him a coupon for a pillow. All members congratulated him and he said that he didn't mind what happened.

What happened with Donghyun reminds me of their Idol Workshop episode where they wore blindfolds and Donghyun accidently hit Jibeom in the face so for the remainder of that segment, Donghyun stood alone at the back and when it's done, he repeatedly apologized to Jibeom.
