I honestly think she was playing along with her "bratty" personality but it came out badly.

She has always been like this and while sometimes she has also been right (some people commented a lot of shit during their livestreams and her anger has been reasonable in some occasions like when they bullied Soojin or when they complained about her attire) this time it just sounded worse because she could have just avoided complaining altogether.

I feel like she's just gonna drag herself into trouble if she plays around with this persona too much and it's kinda the company's fault for making it her mask.

Like, fans say a lot of bullshit sometimes and there are times when it's ok to speak up but other times you should just let it go or just try not to fuel hate and stuff.

But yeah, I don't think she really meant to "hate" on fans. She literally acts like this all the time and it's a fake personality to compensate for the fact she is in the group exclusively for the visuals. Other members will always be called to sing and dance but all she has is humour and looks so that's what her company told her to do too. Only that it's a dangerous game to play because things like this end up happening.

EDIT: Also personally I don't dislike Shuhua for not being the most "talented" member of the group but it would definitely help if she wasn't stuck in this "bratty little sister" persona.
