Once I saw the results, I realized there were many countries I knew of but didn't type in. The time limit also added a bit of pressure. How many countries can you name in 15 minutes? BlizzardMist 471 Posted January 29, 2021 Share Posted January 29, 2021 i got 143/197 at least 10 of them i missed because i couldn't spell correctly, most notably Phillippines and Sao Tome and Principe (which was the least guessed answer But I Couldn't Spell It -- its not even that hard) Nauru I got, probably because from when I was young, Nauru's had my favorite national anthem -- check it out, its a banger I also missed Iceland, which was the most obvious one that i missed (I've even been there so it hurts more) Counted the -Stans and knew I missed one, but i blanked on which (it was Uzbekistan) My worst areas were Central America and Pacific Islands, which doesn't surprise me I've done better at this before, back when I was an MUN kid and more of a geography nerd, but I'm still quite pleased 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ash3070 161 Posted January 29, 2021 Share Posted January 29, 2021 86..I did NOT do a good job. I think part of my problem is spelling. I'm a notoriously atrocious speller. And if the fact I just misspelled 'atrocious' (thank the lord for spell checker!) isn't evidence enough, idk what is. There were definitely some I thought weren't going in because I had already entered it, not because I was misspelling it. So just at a glance I know that's exactly how I missed Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and Guatemala. I definitely remember trying to enter them. WEIRDLY I KNOW I entered Colombia, Spain and Estonia but for some reason, they were marked as missing from my answers...idk maybe there's a problem with my keyboard and I missed letters? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
