[Prediction] Disbanded, Inactive, or Active? (The year is 2024)

So, it is likely that SM will try to keep RV together until at least 2024. aespa just began and its target is international and will not overlap RV's supporters. If all 4 original members stay till then, SM does have the first group where all members stayed for 10 years (Yeri is NOT an original member so does NOT count).

Yea I also think SM will try to push for RV to make it till their 10th year. However I'm unsure if all the members themselves will want to stay by then...we shall see tho

Not sure why there are all these EXID disbanded comments. They've left Banana Culture for over a year now and all still use the EXID tag and I predict they will even when their Japanese label contract ends - which should be anytime if it hasn't happened already.  Hyelin and Solji's YT channels even directly refer to Leggos and to themselves as EXID. Something tells me that all of the members or maybe just LE specifically own the EXID name at this point (if they haven't bought it) and they have all said they want to reunite and make NEW music when they are settled in solo careers. I'd stake money on EXID even if they are inactive in 2024, also being like BEG (Brown Eyes Girls) which is still a group after 15 years who sporadically release music. 

Also a bit sad looking at this list and thinking most of the male groups will be active but MOST of the female groups will be disbanded or inactive (Red Velvet probably since SM never disbands any group). I can see WJSN, Loona and just maybe GWSN still being active given the investment into those groups (and all of them coming from relatively well-off companies). Gfriend, Oh My Girl, and Lovelyz maybe - but by 2024 I'm sure at least some of those members will want out of their contracts.

EXO- active with solos and subunits. I think they can also comeback as EXO with a smaller line up if Kyungsoo is open, and allowed, to take fully his main position (and by how things are beginning, it seems like he’s ready to fully dive back to it) and Chen is able to push back on the hate. like there’s potential there it’s just if the members want to and will be allowed to go for it. but for the most part they will be active. that’s a given at this point.

nct- some units will continue being active and some probably won’t. they have enough members to not have to be inactive ever and can proceed to make new units/line ups when members start to enlist.

iKON- disbanded. I don’t see them going on for the long run

bp- it really can go both ways for them. yg, aka women hater, has a history for sabotaging his female artists career. so idk. I’m hoping for the best for them.

Fromis_9 is still active. Most recent comeback was in May. And the group is still doing some activities even afrer music show promotions.

By 2024 or even as early as 2023, they could become inactive tho.

I don't think Twice will disband but some members will probably not renew their contract.

April is pretty much over at this point.
