Kpop is doing well, but idol groups are disbanding one after another... Why?

2021 is the changing era... mostly due to miss Rona, no? Groups with small fanbase disappear, everything is online, inactive groups were more inactive it gives proper reason to disband if not because contract. 

But I'm curious if this would change debut groups frequency, bc before this everyone and their neighbors can easily  "debut". Not necessarily to be less, online things are cheaper, I heard.
