It's Dahyun. She was spotted during December wearing same exact outfit. The captions also have no space & the pose is typical Dahyun. Mina always type with space + Mina already said it wasn't her.

It IS a legit controversy when you can't see the actual member on the photo.

I can't see dahyun at all.

it's obviously Dahyun because Mina had blonde hair for both More & More and ICSM promotions (albeit a darker blonde for ICSM).  The hairstyle that Chaeyoung has is also the hairstyle she currently sports so you can tell that the person standing next to her in that one picture is Dahyun.

Mina has dark hair since October. This photo was upload yesterday & base on the caption the photo is most likely have been taken in December.
