Biebs accused of crashing paparazzis (literally) with his Ferrari

Justin Bieber may have run afoul of the law after reports surfaced that he allegedly hit a photographer with his Ferrari Monday night and then fled the scene of the accident.

The 19-year-old teen heartthrob took in a comedy show at The Laugh Factory with his rapper pal, Lil Twist, when, upon exiting the club around 11:45 p.m., the two were swarmed by paparazzi snapping pics.

After security brought up his white Ferrari, Bieber allegedly got behind the wheel. At that point, according to eyewitnesses, he and Lil Twist tried to drive away when and one of the photographers apparently became pinned between his vehicle and a parked car, injuring his leg. The Biebs, however, allegedly kept going, prompting police to be called to the scene.

As for the paparazzo, he was purportedly taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, but no word on the nature of his injury.

Authorities confirm to E! News that officers did respond to a call of an incident at that location, but could not identify the parties involved and said that authorities were investigating it as a traffic collision, not as a hit-and-run as some media outlets have reported.

"LAPD can confirm we are investigating a traffic collision that occurred around 11:45 p.m.," a police spokesman said. "Officers did interview all parties involved and determined there was no hit-and-run. It appears the pedestrian in the roadway was a major factor in the collision."

Bieber's rep could not be reached for comment, and it's unclear whether the photog might file a civil complaint against the 19-year-old

singer.

This isn't the first time Bieber's faced scrutiny by L.A.'s Finest. Last month, authorities probed complaints about alleged reckless driving on the part of the "Boyfriend" crooner within the gated Calabasas, Calif., community in which he lives.

Bieber was also accused of battery after he purportedly spit in his neighbor's face in March.

Paparazzi put their feet underneath peoples' cars waiting to be run over. It's not the first time this has happened.

They then go and sell the footage/try to create a lawsuit, and somehow the general public always seems to side with the evil paparazzo.

he has like 20 million cars.

can't wait for him to go bankrupt

 think this all the time.

I don't wish it on him.... but lives like he thinks he'll be earning 100 million a year forever. Beiber has yet to successfully make the type of demographic transition that he needs to ensure a life of big paychecks. If he can't get people over the age of 20 to buy into him as an artist. Eventually, his fanbase will outgrow him, and he'll be too old to attract younger generations (and for sure there will be a new teen heart-throb)...then he'll find himself having to pay his huge mortgages, and pay off his 10 cars, and his yachts...without enough money coming in to cover it all + cost of upholding his lifestyle.

I feel like so many of these celebs who make a shit ton of money really quickly, think that "living within means" means "I can buy w/e as long as i have the money" ... when in reality it means, "i should invest in w/e i think i can still pay for next year". You see this all the time with athletes who file for bankruptcy because suddenly, their contract  isn't as big as it was...and they are stuck trying to pay for the life they lived when they were first round draft picks.

You think people like him would learn from stars from the past.

no. That's the problem. We all see it... but fame and fast money is apparently very blinding.
