Who's the IT GIRL now?

By IT GIRL I mean someone on SNSD's Yoona level. Lots of CF, photoshoots one after another, playing in dramas, activities in the group. She was everywhere!

Now idk, there are a bunch of very popular female idols, but is there an IT GIRL? Not trying to drag anyone, just wanna know.

In my opinion - It's sort of hard to define nowadays, since many companies are not pushing them as much individually compare to the past. There seem to be more focus on marketing girl groups like boy groups. Targeting more female fans, group-oriented, fan content and building a loyal fandom.

Jennie is the closest to that but she doesn't act in any dramas.

Honestly speaking right now no one was as much everywhere as Yoona was in the past and also she was/is LOVED by the gp. 

Also it's my personal opinion but I think that if Starship know what they're doing Wonyoung will have a future as bright as Yoona's when IZ*ONE will disband.

Jennie - instead of dramas, she's stronger in social media/Fashion. YG is pretty controlling so it's hard to be "everywhere".

Hwasa - instead of dramas, she has a high level in solo music and variety.

Arin - She's the most like Yoona with her idol path. She's starting to get solo experience like MC'ing, variety, and will probably do dramas soon (Suzy fan)

I don't think anyone is at the level of peak Yoona or Suzy right now but the closest are probably Hwasa, Jennie and maybe OMG's Arin. Irene until the scandal too.

Irene prior to the scandal was kinda doing it, she wasn't as popular as Yoona and Suzy but she was acting and had a lot of CF deals, plus she's MCed. 

Hwasa and Jennie In terms of CF and hype but they aren't acting so it's tough. 

I don't really think anyone is at Yoona or Suzy level rn, but I think these girls might do it eventually: OMG's Arin, April's Naeun, IZ*ONE's Chaewon, Wonyoung and/or Yujin, and Sejeong if they start managing her really well (Imo she has potential but they kinda let my girl's hype die down).
