Sony is removing Cyberpunk 2077 from its store

This is big. CDPR was thought of as being one of the better gaming companies out there. They can kiss that goodbye after the Cyberpunk 2077 debacle. I imagine MS will follow suit shortly.

It looks like CDPR could join the likes of bethesda and EA with how big of a buggy mess the game was. I'm going to hold on my PS4 copy since I've got a PS5, so I can enjoy the PS5 update once it's released or if that gets released

Im not sure how bad the bugs are but a gane im playing recently is buggy af which is ac valhalla but i put up w it cuz its my fav franchise . Most the time its fine but a few are game breaking.. most are just quest glitches that'll fix once you enter rightnarea or teleport to a viewpoint but once i gotb which is game breaking is once i couldn't fast travel or save my game and it hadnt quicksaved in an hr or more. I looked it up and found fix (starting a feast) but without that game feature is like 100% game breaking bug again i love ac so i put up with it but if its something im casually checking out i would ragequit the game

A game thats basically most hyped game of the year reallyn should be throughly checked before release

Playing on PC and having a blast with the game. I feel like CDPR could have pushed the release date for the consoles but this looks like a dumbass decision made by management to release the game and mislead buyers by having reviewers not see the console version before release. Poor devs  the game so beautiful and I am loving it although it could be better

I was a fool that bought the PS4 version then the news was coming out about it being unplayable on base PS4's I bought it on PC, spent way to much. Now I'm trudging through it because I spent so much on it. Past all the bugs though i'm still disappointed in the game and the jankiness of some its open world systems that 5 year old games did better. Definetely a let down.

People sent death threats to devs for delaying the game. Now they get a mess. A game should come out when it's done.

I feel sorry for the devs, they're most likely gonna crunch again.

I have the Xbox version. So far, it's been decent on my Xbox One X. Then again, I'm not very far into the game. Since I have a physical copy, I highly doubt I could return it even if MS does follow Sony's lead.

MS is now offering refunds through their digital store, though it isn't being removed from the store.
