Bc karen makes me think of rhe "can i speak to your manager" haircut bc its a stereotypical les haircut tho the meme derives from het hags who alao have the cut.. i say this as a lesbian; who has had pixie cut for years. Tho ive recently upgradedv and now do undercut too. Its a serve that takes away any hetness karens have given the pixie. 

Which god i find the lesbian manager running mcdonalds like the navy joke so funny too bc i work in warehouse since 2015 and first few yrs the manager i most often worked with was a lesbian who def ran a tight ship hhh She was really nice to me tho. D***s need to have eachothers backs ig ❤

Anywaymaking the distinction i think les managers would put the fear of god into karens. I wouldn't wanna fight one that's for sure.  She can take me home actually
