My brother had a similar operation even if thankfully he didn't leave it be as long, less that a year between his first shoulder dislocation (I say first because it happened maaanyyy times) and the time the surgeon suggested the best and fastest way to repare and recover completely would be an operation.

 

He had to stay away from sport for 2 years and protect the big scar from the sun during that same period.

But now he's perfectly fine.

I only hope Suga will really respect his recovery time and won't rush it to make the fans happy.
