I'm not american and I have no idea about american politician, is this bad?

Really really basic version is that this potentially leans the Supreme Court, one if the most powerful entities in the States, to be more conservative. Now, they are supposed to be somewhat neutral but both sides have leanings that’s are either liberal or conservative with some of them moderate on some issues.

Im not familiar with how ACB is on every issue, though I believe she’s pretty conservative in issues like abortion. Potentially, this could lead to Roe vs. Wade being overturned and abortion illegal again, but that’s one possible outcome and only one issue.

The thing with all this is Supreme Court appointees are there for life.

Good comment.

There is a little secret in the justice system though. Roe v. Wade can be overturned, and still not affect abortion rights in the slightest. That’s because the basis for abortion laws it’s now taken to be Planned Parenthood v. Casey. If that’s overturned, then there’s going to be issues for the pro-choice supporters, but the truth is most people don’t know about its existence or importance to make a move on it. That’s why threatening or promising (depending on your POV) to overturn Roe v. Wade scores political points, but does nothing in effect. Justices know this, it’s even mentioned in introductory law classes so it’s not some obscure thing for them, the fact they still refer it to as Roe v. Wade instead of Planned Parenthood v. Casey shows they are playing for political points too.

Hmm didn’t know that, that’s good to know! It certainly feels like a game.

We will see how she does. From what others have said, she tends to follow the law very strictly. Not an issue if there are laws but many other issues don’t have as much legal backing.
