UHM, MY BODY IS BEING COMPLETELY DESTROY!

I think that something is wrong with me. I have terrible breakouts. Like my face ain't that bad just some small pimples with A LOT of whiteheads (especially on my chin & nose). But neck, shoulders, back & breast is awful. Like my back is fill of pimples from the top to the bottom. I never had breakouts under my neck before. This bad, I had back breakout in May, I didn't realize how awful it was under my brother took a photo of my back for me.

Yes, that's my back in May of this year. I don't wanna know how it looks now. I know it's awful, I should put it in a spoiler but I don't know how to. Ignore my bone-y structure (?)

 

Anyway, do think I knew purging or body cleansing??? Idk, I'm dying!

looks like some food allergy , people who are lactose intolerant but drink and eat dairy often get these

Hm you might want to eat really bland things for the time being otherwise from the time you started seeing them, did you start using something or eating something different than usual?

If these don't work, dermatologist is the best option
