Lee Soo Man Confirmed To Have Worked With LOONA Again On Their Upcoming Album

Lee Soo Man has once again produced for LOONA!

Earlier in the year, the SM Entertainment producer worked on LOONA’s previous title track “So What.”

On September 24, industry representatives reported that Lee Soo Man also participated in LOONA’s upcoming album “Midnight (12:00).”

In response, the group’s agency BlockBerry Creative confirmed, “Producer Lee Soo Man participated in producing for LOONA’s new album. They will greet you with a great song and album, so please look forward to it.”

LOONA’s third mini album “Midnight (12:00)” is set to be released on October 19 at 6 p.m. KST. Check out teasers here!

i feel like no matter what LOONA comes back with, people won't be satisfied with that certain comeback/song until time passes tbh people have been complaining since their debut 🤧

favOriTe - this song is so obnoxiously loud and wtf is loona doing with that brrrrrraaah

hi high - wtf this is their debut? it sounds very generic like all the other girl groups and un loona-like

butterfly - after a year, we get an anti-climatic song AND the mv has no lore?????

so what - this song is so messy i hate it. this doesnt sound like loona at all

even though lsm can be either a hit or miss, i'd much rather have them achieve success first, provide income for themselves and the company, that way they'll finally be musically creative again because the success can lead them to afford the losses of not appealing to the mainstream

I actually really like So What it gets me hype in the mornings

This makes me think of that one thread by a user (I don’t remember who) theorising SM/Lee Soo Man’s involvement in LOONA even before So What

i'm intrigued

if anyone find it, please share!

Wow, I forgot about that thread. Tbh, at this point, I wouldnt be surprise dif that theory held some truth to it, especially since there were also rumors of him investing in BBC/Loona early this year too as well

Honestly this. I've been a observing them since beginning and a stan since Kim Lip and honestly some of the solo songs should've been kept for the debut because their post-debut songs don't serve as much. Idk but I believe in LSM, he definitely had a vision and a concept with So What and doesn't want to hurt Loona even through it wasn't my favorite comeback
