I'm not a native Korean speaker but I would write it as "아닙니다. 너는 너무 잘생기니까 괜찮습니다."

you shouldn't use 너는 in a polite sentence because that's only what one would you to someone younger or someone who you're really close with

아니, 괜찮아요, 너무 잘생겼으니까.

not sure if you can read hangeul but i'll try Romanize it "ani, kwaenchanhayo, neomu jal saengyeosseunikka"

but then again i have to see what context you're referring to to get the right sentence

Thanks is this in formal way? I mean after jalsaenggyeosseunikka, you don’t need to add the “-yo”?

nikka is usually in the middle of the sentence but korean sentences are flexible it you can instead use the usual yo ending in the middle (it's complicated lol sorry for translating it that way) but you can do it in the normal way. instead of what i wrote you can say ani, neomu jal saengyeosseunikka, kwaenchanhayo.

it's not formal but it's polite. formal way would be ani, neomu jal saengyeosseunikka, kwaenchanhseumnida (the ida ending is formal)
