It's always people like the 2nd "victim" that make it's difficult for the actual victim(s) to come out and to believe in. If you don't have actual proof, just don't upload anything. It's difficult to have proof of a sexual assault but please do not use others' photos or video because people will find out. It will only hurts the actual victim more or the accusation even though it's true.

This was nice and objective, they just laid out the facts.

His side of things looks super suss, but I wish immature and opportunistic twitter stans would making stuff up... it really undermines the gravity of the initial accusations.

Those twitter rumors were getting way out of hand. Even saying he was doing stuff to his former members and label mates without any proof, it was getting pretty sicken.

Anyways, the whole thing with that company of his is weird because they have documents, which look like they could be legit. Then there's still some stuff that makes them and their existence a bit questionable. But if they're real, then I really hope they take some classes on better PR tactics and even website design.

They made a good point about how the first victim had multiple witnesses.  Also I find it weird that she turned her sexual assault into a blind item.  Who does that?  Especially from an anonymous account where she would face no repercussions by naming and shaming him out right.

yep... those zoomed in videos and stuff looked like such a stretch, not to mention other male idols who had nothing to do with it getting dragged in by other fandoms

I know JYP must have an internal gag order on the matter and they only have everything to lose by getting involved, but the delulu part of me still wishes that someone would say something, that might help to clear everything up

Because anonymity doesn't make her immune to repercussions regarding defamation laws, and if she reported the assault the police they'll know her identity because of that, even if she's anonymous on the Internet ?
