If he's truly innocent, then yes, I hope he's able to pursue legal action. But given how sketchy Korea's defamation laws are, him saying he'll take legal action doesn't necessarily prove anything either. Also, I get mentioning his new company in regards to helping him handle the situation. But was the part about him preparing his solo activities really necessary in such a statement. Tbh I believe main victim, while less inclined to believe others, but I have to say photo is quite a solid proof. Info date and the day he took selfie matches. Saying 'don't worry about it, it's not true' isn't really clarifying or proving anything. It sounds like he's taking it lightly and just brushing it off. Congratulations, because of people like you, due process is thrown out the door and people are now guilty until proven innocent. I love how you only consider them a 'potential liar' as if his life wouldn't be completely ruined from them potentially lying. Heck, even if he's proven innocent, the stigma is still going to stick with him. IF he's innocent then this is the sort of the response i would expect from a idol for their fans.
