Anyway I checked to see who else have/havent appeared in Music Station
TVXQ Shinee SNSD and SuperM appeared but EXO f(x) RV and NCT have yet to appear there 
BB 2NE1 and BP appeared but iKON Winner and Treasure have yet to appear there 
2PM and Twice appeared but MissA GOT7 Stray Kids and NiziU have yet to appear there 
CNBlue appeared but AOA SF9 N.Flying and Cherry Bullet have yet to appear there
Those examples show that even other labels with connections aren't always able to get all of their groups to Music Station  

Not to nitpick but miss A was never active in Japan to begin with though? (I see the point you're making overall though)
