Twice needs a dirty song like WAP if they want to break into the US, true or false?

I feel like that's the only way they can garner attention after Blackpinks takeover. 

They have to kick it up to hardcore levels if they wanna distinguish themselves.

anyways, personally twice should stick with asia and japan. touring globally is fine of course. but actually trying to break into the western market, seems like a waste of resources spent on twice.

Agree. Whoever says they don't is dreaming. With their current concept it's just not going to happen. At least for the kind of main stream appeal that BlackPink has. And, you know, to be honest, I think Twice would have a better chance of pulling this off than BlackPink if they went for it. No offense to BlackPink because I love them, but next to Selena they look like little kids and all of Twice actually look like grown women and are better dancers. This is just a fact. Especially Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, and Nayeon? It would be over. Also, just the fact that I would like to see it for a change. I really want to see A regular Kpop girl group just go for it. If even just once.

uuummmmmmmm it would be highly entertaining, and i think it would get some attention. but nothing meaningful. something about the way they have been marketed, i think it is harder to appeal to u.s americans than groups like blackpink. recent songs like feel special are kinda in our taste range. they would do better appealing to The Gays like Loona does.

They would have to get a black female rapper to validate them on the collab tho.  Preferably someone raunchy but still animated like Saweetie or Doja Cat.  I feel the City girls would be a little TOO gutter for them.

The video is bright and colorful but the song is basically about getting oral.  Of course its done in a tongue in cheek way compared to WAP.  This is why I think Twice needs to really take it there if they wanna compete.  The u.s. public is not gonna accept another kpop group doing bubble gum pop if they already have BP.  If Twice came to play with some raunchy filthy mess it would be game over.
