this is a hardcore "shut up and get back to work."  It sounds like they didn't even try to refute the claims that the girls were basically managing themselves.  And iirc, the complaint the girls had was not that they weren't being paid their fair share for their sales/appearances, but rather that they were paying for a lot of fees out of their own pockets.  Even if the law is on the agency's side, I hope that the girls are able to get their freedom. 

I think it's pretty rare that (almost) a whole group comes together to fight their company like this.  They must be pretty close knit.
