This is actually a good response.  It's specific, explains their reasoning, and clears things up.  A little communication between the company and the fans is actually a good thing

I really don’t like the way they shifted the blame to the members. But I’m glad they addressed why she’s absent rather than letting fans run around completely unaware. I hope she’ll have a safe recovery.

They should had been more clear before about her leg injury 'cause they made it out like a twisted ankle, but glad shes recovering okay

to be fair, it was Seoryoung's actions with the blanket that started this.  That's why people were so concerned about her having left rather than just taking a health hiatus.
