Yeah reports earlier this month said October. I think JYPE gave their usual ' yeah they're preparing but can't confirm date/time yet' answer but so far looks like its plausible.

october would fit with twice halloween theme so it most likely will happen.

I have read that a full album is something big in Kpop, and TWICE is big and I always wonder why they don't release more full albums

Is so they can release more minis in a year?
