tldr: Company went into shit due to covid 19 crisis. Most employees were fired during March and April. ANS were left on their own taking care of their schedules, sns, fancafe, promos and everything. In May Haena was tested for Covid, quaranteened, didnt want to go back to school, members who had to manage even her school life learned about it and called her to cafe where they talked to her, after that Haena told them she got anxiety and mental issues and basically ghosted them. Situation went even worse for the group, company's HQ closed, their dorms were moved. Since that they have no place to train, got no lessons, only recieved 8$ per head on workdays for food. Yet they had to manage their wery first fanmeet. It was mess but thanks to support of former staff who helped them it wasnt utter fial. They gave ultimatum to the company to make things right again because the situation wan unbearable for them. The CEO threatened them and their families instead. So the 7 members noticed them about contract termination fr breach of contract. At the same moment Haena released post about the 7 members bullying her and it got mirrored immediately into all media (suspicious). Few days after ANS release their statement describing what was happening inside of the company, said they had no issues with Haena other then the one time they confronted her for skipping school (because company didnt give a shit about managing Haena's school attendance and official papers for school) and that they suspect Haena getting manipulated by the CEO to make the termination hard for them and basically take revenge because they terminated contract.

As a fan I can say that company was broke since like April, they even blatantly said so. Also as a fan I can say there was no signs of discord between members and Haena until Haena went on hiatus (due to her anxiety). She was literally hanging around other members necks all time she was seen in public and on photos she posted on her and groups sns as well.

Hinapia didn't disband for anything twitter-related. Their new company closed due to the pandemic limiting their income and them losing money
