How long do you wait before officially stanning a group?

Hm, from a collective experience of almost 9 years as a Kpop fan, i will say it is immediate? Ive connected and establish a stanning status for some group pretty early on (Apink/Ateez) purely from good vibe by first impression, it was like love at first sight and i would say ive only stan for 2 other group beside them (SNSD and Victon).

I've been into both my ult groups since their predebut and never stop supporting them ever since. While some comeback might make me feel less supportive but commonly I'll support them on their progress.

To me, I take stanning as a term to show that I have strong sense of support and will never stop supporting through their ups and downs no matter if I commit to buy their albums or go to their concerts or keeping myself updated to their contents. Apart from that, I'm just a heavily gg enthusiast, either to their music, visual, personality, content, or any other ways that I like them.

I had known about GOT7 for one month before stating I'd be an ahgase, and now I'm here, 4 years later

I've never stanned a group I followed since their debut. The closest was CLC thanks to their incredible start. All the groups I've stanned have had a lot of releases under their belt when I found out about them and quickly got interested during a very intense period.

If I know all the members and actively follow them on social media and their releases I call myself a stan..I guess I shouldn't do that. As some groups I stan much more than others..

I stan too many girl groups.
