Generally Ktown4u is the cheapest, especially with the discounts they have nowadays. I haven't had any problems with packaging or shipping from any of them before. I usually order through group orders on Twitter though, they're probably the cheapest option if you have a group order account based in your city. They also often have photocard sorting, so you're more likely to pull your bias' photocard. However they require the most amount of work, because you either have to pickup the album from the group order master, or pay for domestic shipping.
