Focus on yourself and people you love. 18 is still considered 'a kid' so you still have some freedom on that. I only feel "fully like a responsible adult" when I was graduated from uni. It's different for everyone. I need years because of my sheltered and comfortable life. People only need a year or less. It is normal and okay.
