satoori 45,814
For the month of August, Kyobo Life’s Gwanghwamun Billboard will feature the lyrics from BTS’s 2015 song RUN to cheer up the citizens who are battling against COVID 19. “Again, run run run, it’s okay even if I fall. / Again, run run run, it’s okay even if I get hurt a bit.” The 20m x 8m billboard has been displaying inspiring, heartwarming, and cheerful messages, usually taken from poems or songs, since 1991. Yknocker 26
Good choice. Its lyrics are done by Pdogg, Hitman Bang, RM, Suga, Taehyung, Jungkook and JHope. The lyrics done by a certain Uberreactionary Singer tend to be too philosophical and negative.

I think article is referring to the general Covid outbreak situation. Similar to the other thread I posted. The lyrics are for all Koreans during this pandemic. Which is why it's on a billboard for all to see.
