Purely unbiased opinion, Hong Ki. He is one of the strongest vocalists SK ever had. 

For 3rd Gen only, I believe Seungkwan is best, he is not as good as Hong Ki but he beats majority of main vocals when it comes to singing, and he is i believe one of the youngest main vocals? Therefore he still has tons of time to improve

well Hongki is technically top 10 idol vocalist so no one is surprised there , according to koreans Seventeen are 3.5 gen so yeah Seungkwan (alongside jung seunghwan who's not an idol )has an edge on other rising vocalists ( including NCT vocal line , Yuju , OMG Seunghee ,Jaehwan ,  Sejeong....)

I didnt knew svt were 3.5 gen? Isnt groups after produce aka groups after 2017 3.5 gen??

technically kyuhyun is first ....junsu is like 9th or soemthing  , but he's first in my heart lol

For new gen, Hweseung is definitely up there.

And of course DAY6 in general, but out of them all Young.K seems to be the best.

For females, no doubt it's Uji. Haebin could have been bigger with her outstanding vocals but she got into a shit company..
