how often do you remember your dreams?

i remember a lot of mine as they’re quite vivid and semi-realistic, but other times i go weeks without dreaming at all

Always ... Vivid and option to be lucid as well, everyday. Frankly I don't remember the last time I slept and woke up without remembering a dream.

When I wake up, most of the contents within my dreams are seemingly forgotten in that they slip away from my conscious mind. It is only until I experience a case of Déjà vu — which, interestingly, happens more often than I think — that I start to remember bits of it.

I don't dream during the school year because I'm so tired and I have terrible sleeping habits, but during the summer I dream a lot. I remember most of them. I have recurring dreams sometimes, the same scenario just played out in a different setting.

It's either I dreamed and remember exactly about that then I forgot everything about it once I told people, or I have vague dreams and I actually experienced them (maybe not the whole dream) somewhere in the future, or MOSTLY dead like a log.
