Still, i'm pretty sure Jren don't make any efforts to hide anything at this point lol.. i just hope it doesn't backfire in the long run and they're made to stop interacting as much like other otps, cause that's what happens when they really have something but i don't think so cause pledis isn't a huge company and nu'est aren't as big as other groups so they're not that exposed so yeah lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

True, i do think that jren is all natural however i still think that they use fanservice as an excuse to keep doing it and since pledis knows the effect jren has as a couple, i think they like to promote it from time to time, which is not a bad thing or it means it's fake, it only means they use their genuine relationship to please fans sometimes (like couple photoshoots, since those are an idea by the company but other than that..) so in a way, jren don't have it as hard as other otps who are potentially, actually real and have to do some serious sneaking even if some fans know about them, i always think jren are pretty lucky in that sense (unless they become huge and who knows) I complaetely agree, asian fans in different fandoms know things about one too many otps and the "realness" of them (i mean, iw ould understand why dating whithin the group is actually more common than people think for many reasons, also like that ex-yg trainee said when he got asked about it and he said it's actually common in the industry) but they act too cryptic about it and never say anything to intl fans. There are too many things that don't live asia, even more so korea to be specific. You could go creeping on SNS (like a friend of mine does) and still won't find a quarter of what they know (you do find out stuff but to a minimum) and i think they caught up with the fact that intl fans who speak either korean or other languages use SNS like weibo, etc.. not even mentioning that for the most part they just want to protect the idols. Whether it was the company or someone else commanding the photoshoot, it was still something planned and i am aware of the couple photoshoots with all of the members but there's nothing offensive in admiting that they're done on purpose, just like that video where they were talking that the biggest ship was jren and the second aren in japan, that was definitely regarding fanservice and that doesn't mean it makes jren any less "real" or their interactions any less legit/genuine if they indulge in some fanservice sometimes. And no, i didn't mean ALL OF ASIA, i meant the main countries like JP, KR and CH who get to follow them around and know things, even though there are fans in other parts of asia like singapore, indonesia, etc who do actually know more things. Either cause they tend to travel to these other countries or cause they're associated with a lot of fans/situations, etc. Also, pledis isn't the only company that doesn't force ships however they do like to promote them a little bit sometimes if they see it gets the fans attention and again, it doesn't make it a negative thing regarding the ship.
