Since you recognize it’s rude, it may be hard to do it at first, but give them what they give you, no meaningful attention. Ignore their messages and calls, this will show them how you feel.

As much as it hurts sometimes, it's best to just stop talking to them for your happiness. If people only remember you when they need something  then they don't care about you but what you can do for them.

ok in the future, if they contact me on facebook or on other social media , ill just ignore their phone calls and leave them on unread. All they think about is want to call the police and press charges on me for harassment. They're the one who keep ignoring me, not answering my calls and not responding to my text via phone and social media. If they contact me and ask for my parents' phone numbers, I will keeping ignoring them until they stop contacting me. I would be happy to make new friends who care about me. 😁

Sometimes the simplest way work the best.

You just say that you won't keep talking to them, try to reach them and that you'll cut contact.

Simple and straighforward
