This has been going on for some time, but for the first time today, in the last 10mins of a Body Workout class, I couldn't stop yawning. It's a medium-tempo class, a killer nonetheless... yet I was yawning, whilst dieing.

I need an explanation.

Also, do let me know what keeps you motivated.

maybe you're just tired

people around me make me motivated my bffs

Well, my sleeping pattern is currently a mess... but even then, I could go on for much longer without any disruptions in the body system.

you should probably try to change your workout to something that you enjoy

I do enjoy that class though. I just happened to have experienced a sudden plunge in energy and my whole body just zoned out of concentration. It's possibly linked to diet but I've been eating more veggies and healthy food than before, so I don't understand what is happening.

To keep myself motivated, I buy a really tight shirt and hang it somewhere I ALWAYS see it. That way, I push myself through workouts to get results faster, and it works

That would be me if I could find clothes that actually fit me. One of the most agonizing challenges in my life.

sen pie pie pie I think you must be sleepy? maybe in your breaks, you should drink some teas to keep awake? being sleepy doesn't mean you're unmotivated?! I think it just means you'd rather go to sleep.

I don't know if it is me being sleepy though. I'm still getting 4-6hrs sleep, which is my usual, but my little battery-recharge naps seems to last longer so.... I don't know. Am I tired? Yes, but not when I head out to the gym.

I should probably make more efficient use of my breaks though. I tend to just stay locked in the gym for at least 3hrs with nothing but water.

you should sleep more

If I exceed 6hrs I get a headache for the entire day. Even before starting to go to the gym, I can't actually relax since my day tends to be demanding so I take a mini-nap to get me through the day; but these days, even as I do so, the gym seems to be getting harder.
